It took almost a week for me to get bored to tears of Twitter.  I deleted it because it was stupid.

Sorry for my bad English, I am French and good friend of America and I have a lot of American Friends.

I said « shame of you » because I think you do not know of what you speak of.

Hitler killed thousands of people to gain the power. Obama killed nobody. So, you lye comparing Obama and Hitler

Hitler killed 6 million Jews, and how can you say that the intention of Obama is to kill 6 million Jews. Your comparison is shameful.

Hitler is responsible for World War 2, and I am sure Obama does not want to start a world war. Your comparison is awful.

But, more dangerous, comparing Obama and Hitler, you let believe that Hitler is like Obama, a man, not a killer. So you give the idea to people not knowing History that Hitler is not so bad as he really was. You are a dangerous man !

Now the facts. You don’t want that a Health system give to anybody the right to be treated, even  if he is poor.

Let me let you know that I live in a country that it is far to be perfect, but give to anybody access to the Health  System ( Hospital, doctors, anything in relation with  heath)  free of charge, and you can choose your hospital, your doctor. This system is under control of our parliament, who every year vote the budget.

The result is as a French you get access to doctors and Health drugs, etc, simply being a French  in France ( or a foreigner working or studying in France).

Result: A French has a  life expectancy  of 3 years more than the life expectancy of an American. For the dead of children before 4 years old, The US rank 46 in the World list, a shame for a developed country, the strongest and richest in the world ( France is 8 in the list, but with a figure very close to the first one (Andorra). Now, you spend, in the US  as an average, 30 ¨% more money than a French to have 3 years life expectancy less.

For a French to make profit on the diseases  of people is not moral, it is not Christian. It is not Christian no let poor people with no money without care.

So insurance companies do not want to lose the “health market” and do not accept a nonprofit system.  In France the insurance companies are also fighting to kill our national Health care which don’t work on profit basis.

I take an example. I have now at home a young American girl with a disability. For two months. As an American, she bought  and Health insurance for two months which covers only 50% of the costs if she becomes ill, a list of limitations to limit the Insurance payment. You understand that she has not a lot of money.

First,  in France, if she has a problem, she will be admitted free in the hospital, without checking if she has an insurance or not. It is the law, in France we attend people first.

If she were French, she will be covered for any disease related to her disability, free, for severe or long lasting disease free, paying a little bit for light disease like a cold, and she can have insurance for this little amount, we name complementary insurance for this part of “small disease cost”. If as a French she wants to go abroad, and if she were ill abroad, the French Health system will pay back the costs of her disease

The French Health System provide you what you need, poor or rich. Not what you are insured for. And we have that , spending less money as you do, as I already said.

Another example, I got a heart problem. I need drug for my life, every day drug. Drugs, doctors, hospital are free, forever !. My wife has an accident, emergency care free of charge ( no need of a specific insurance), no cost at all.

So Americans react as dogmatic, they do not want to see the facts. It is why you want to destroy Obama with this comparison with Hitler. I think the lobbies of Insurance want to kill the idea or “care for all”, because it is a nonprofit system.

And do not believe that our hospitals are bad. Look at our life expectancy. Less children dies under 4 in France than in America. The Health system is free, even if you prefer to use a private hospital or a public one, but the French prefers the Public one they are the best, and in France if you are not happy with one hospital you can request a transfer to an another one, public or private.  And for free.

And for your information, with the Health System, we have an educational system, nonprofit. If you have your high school degree, it is a right ( I mean a right) to go at the University. One  year fee ( for training, not including housing) is 450 dollars, rich or poor ! And for this price, the student is fully insured without limitation.

And this, because we believe that Health and Education must granted to everyone, rich or poor. We are Christians even if our Churches are empty.

So please, have some respect for Obama.
